An unexpected surprise

Nearly two weeks it’s been since they finally settled down. Hope has been feeling ill and hungry, hungrier than usual for someone like her. She couldn’t stop her craving her blood. Noticing her stomach’s been a little big she just thought it was water retaliating being careful not to let it seen to noticeable by Jayden’s family. It wasn’t a big deal. It’s not like she was pregnant right? The thought made her nervous as she tapped her pen against her desk, running a hand though her hair as the teacher started talking about some useless bull shit she found boring. As the bell went off she felt as her stomach was turning, rushing into the bathroom at normal speed. Hope pushed the stall open and dropped to her knees puking up the human food she had for breakfast this morning. Letting out a small cry she puked once more before flushing, pushing herself back on her feet. Walking out the door opened to see… Mini? “What the fuck?” Hope looked at her, “What are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be at Lockwood High?” she questioned. Hope turned towards the sink turning the handle she cupped her hands splashing water on her face.

Mini hated moving from place to place especially now that her stomach had made it pretty obvious. Still, since people began talking,she had become more stuck up towards them. Now, in a new school, she had to rebuild her reputation,but that didn't bother her.She was already getting used to this place since..she had already been there a couple weeks. Walking into the bathroom, she took out her make-up bag and grabbed a hold of her mascara. Just as she was about to put it on, she stopped and turned around as someone rushed in the stall. She shrugged before hesitating hearing the girl puking making her frown a bit. She let out a sigh before her eyes widened a bit seeing it was Hope. "Really?" She mumbled to herself as she smacked her forehead. Out of all the schools, she had to be relocated to the one with Hope. When she questioned her, Mini just looked at a wall and shrugged her shoulders looking back at Hope. "Aren't you suppose to be in Lockwood?" She asked,eyeing her suspiciously as Hope went to splash water on her face. "Wait a sec." She stopped noticing something different about Hope. "What are you?" She asked hesitantly.If she was a human..she would probably just give her a look and walk away..but if she was a creature, she would for sure hesitate on that question.

Whatever bug that was going around, Hope wanted it to stop. All the signs pointed out towards pregnancy making her scared that it was. Hope rolled her eyes at Mini not wanting to deal with this problem she already had enough to deal with. Still trying to come up a way to tell Jayden he needed to throw away his stuff. Everything was piling up. Once Mini asked what she was, Hope froze in place “W-What do you mean?” she asked, placing her hands on the edge of the sink. Was Mini a hunter? "You ask weird questions Mini."

Mini looked at her and nodded her head a bit as a smile slowly appeared on her lips. She had to be something...she just couldn't tell what. "Are they weird?" She raised an eyebrow with a grin. "Let me connect the dots.." She placed a finger on her lower lip lightly tapping it. "That guy.." She mumbled knowing Jayden was a werewolf from the very start. "Werewolf.." She grinned as she placed her hands on the counter top. "You gotta be a werewolf! I mean, that guy transferred when you did...." She thought aloud and she smirked. "If that's the case..then you should know why I transferred." She rolled her eyes grunting something under her breath before remembering Hope was puking. It reminded her of her early stages of her pregnancy. "Are you sick?" She grinned wanting to find the dirt on her.

Her eyes as Mini called her out of being a werewolf. Even worse she talked about Jayden making her clinched her fist together thinking she was a hunter. Hope tried to control her anger but once she spoke about her reason of being here, she turned her head towards her. "Are you a werewolf or a different kind of creature?" Hope asked, raising an eyebrow at her. Vampire, demon, windigo? She placed her hand on her hip licking the bottom of her lip nodding her head slowly “Yeah, a little… No biggy It’s probably a stomach bug going on.” she lowered her head hoping she wouldn't tell her cloths were a bit bigger than last time.

Mini smirked noticing her eyes widened. Bingo. Glancing down at her hands, she saw her clenching her fists making her raise her hands. "Woah there!" She grinned dropping her hands to her hips. "I thought it took a creature..to know one..then again, you seem like a little newbie." She chuckled before pointing to herself. "In other words, I think you should figure it out by yourself." She winked with a small smirk. "If I told..who knows what might happen." She raised her shoulders. "But I guess I'll give you a hint..it involves claws." She grinned smugly knowing that many creatures had claws...so it didn't really narrow it down. "Oh? Just a little bug?" She eyed her curiously before meeting her eyes. "I don't believe that."

Hope didn't like her tone of attitude. Then again she didn't want people knowing she was turned, as she rubbed h
er temples. "Believe whatever you want to believe Mini. I don't have time for this." she said, walking passed her pushing the door opened. Placing her hand over her stomach she clinched on her shirt before turning back around. She had to ask someone for help "Okay, so maybe it's not a bug. Do you... Have a car." Hope wanted to get out of the building. Maybe head off to the nearest store and buy a pregnancy test. “I can’t stand the smells around here.” Better to get this over with so she'll cross out being pregnant. Jayden might not take that very well if she was.

"It's school..where are you going?" She asked as she turned her head once Hope walked past her. She breathed a sigh with a roll of her eyes before going back to her mascara. Just as she was about to finish putting some on, she turned her head as Hope walked back in. She raised her eyebrows in surprise. "Oh..uh.." She put everything back in her bag and looked down at Hope's stomach with a frown,it reminded her of herself. "No, sorry." She mumbled as she shook her head looking back at Hope. "But I can get you a ride." She raised her eyebrows "Hold on." She raised her finger and walked out of the bathroom. She went to the first guy who caught her attention and quickly got to flirting. Once she asked him a favor for his keys, he handed them to her like he was in a trance. She grinned to herself and walked back over to Hope. "Mindless guys." She chuckled raising the keys. "Come on." She nodded out.

Hope nodded her head as she was about to go seeing Mini didn't have a car and asking Jayden to take her out of school would cause suspicion. Once Mini told her to wait and walked out of the bathroom, Hope stepped out. Watching as she suicide the guy into giving up his keys. A small chuckle escaped from her lips as Mini walked up towards her. "Right." Hope followed her outside the building they found the guys car and got inside. Mini started the car and drove out of the parking lot towards the nearest store parking it in front of the store. Getting out of the car, she shut the door walking inside with Mini. Hope bite down on her lip feeling nervous walking down the aisle, she found the pregnancy test. Grabbing a couple to make sure if the first one was faulty she had a backup. "Better just get this over with.." she mumbled, walking up to the front she pulled out her money to pay for the test not liking the look the woman was giving them. The girls walked out of the store hope looked inside her bag before closing it.

As they drove to the nearest store, Mini breathed a sigh knowing the feeling of going to a store for a pregnancy test. Once they made it, she got out of the car and followed Hope inside the store. Looking around as Hope went to get the pregnancy test, she picked out a box of chocolates before putting them back with a sigh. Once Hope grabbed what she needed, she walked over to the front before rolling her eyes as the lady was giving them a look. "Mmm, shame...if only your look could change our 'sins'." She faked a pout before breathing a chuckle as she grabbed a pack of gum along with a lollipop. She placed them on the check-out and looked at the lady. "What? Can't buy something to chew on?" She raised her eyebrows as she paid for it and walked out holding her treats in her hands. She looked over at the bag before looking back at Hope. "Don't worry." She smiled "It will probably come out negative...it's probably the whole..change." She shrugged taking out a piece of gum and popping it in her mouth. "So where to next?"

She hopes it came out negative not once but twice. Being pregnant would change everything, "Yeah." she said. Opening the car door and sat inside she thought about going back to school but didn't want to face Jayden just yet "Anywhere you want to go? I really don't want to head back to school." she breathed out a small chuckle. Pushing her hair back she bit her lip thinking they could go to her house. “Or do you know a privet place I can go to take this test?” Hope asked, looking up at Mini.

Opening the car door, she hopped inside and looked at Hope with a shrug. "I don't know.." She chuckled hesitantly as she rested her forehead on the wheel trying to think of a place before nodding. "Yea, I guess." She mumbled "My house." She said as she lifted her head up to start the car. Driving to her house, which wasn't far, she parked it and got out,closing the door behind her. Opening the door to her house, she looked back at Hope. "Come on..No one is home..and it gives you some space." She smiled waiting for Hope to come in before locking the door. She walked over to her couch and slumped on it as she turned on the TV. "Oh and bathroom is over there." She pointed to the door on the left of the hall. "Take your time." She mumbled not wanting to go back to school.

Hope shrugged not minding about going to Mini's house, beats going to school smelling the entire aroma around her. Once they gotten to her house and gotten out of the car, shutting it behind her as she walked inside the house. Looking around she chewed on her side lip while her brown eyes wondered around the room. "Alright." she said, walking towards the bathroom breathing in some air. Hope walked inside, shutting the door and locked it. Taking out one of the test she ripped the box opened and pulled the strip off. Pulling her panties down she sat down, closing her eyes she peed in the stick. "This is so weird." she mumbled. Pulling it away and placed it on the counter sink, she waited for it to respond as she texted Jayden. Five mints passed thinking it was time to look she leaned over seeing a little pink plus sign. "No, no, no..." she started to panic. Leaning down reaching for the bag as she pulled it up towards her and ripped the bag along with the box opened. Hope felt her heart racing "No, no.... Lie... Please lie..." she mumbled pulling the strip off and chucked it in the bin. She peed on the stick again feeling her phone buzzing "Back off Jay." she mumbled, placing the stick on the counter. Placing her hand on her forehead breathing slowly Hope texted Jayden back fast, telling him she was fine. Another five mints had passed Hope felt her heart racing not wanting to look but leaned over anyways. There it was again the pink plus sign. “No…” she cried, standing up on her feet she pulled her panties back up and grabbed the sticks. Unlocking the door, walking out of the bathroom she walked up towards Mini.

Mini kept changing the channels with a sigh hating how usually there are kids shows during this time. She felt her stomach rumble and stood up as she walked to the kitchen to get herself a snack. She was always hungry..and she hated it. As she searched through her cabinets, she pouted before turning her attention to Hope as she walked out. "Hey." She said softly having a feeling it wasn't the good new especially by the way Hope looked. Soon, she averted her eyes to the floor. "Little pink plus?" she asked hesitantly as she moved her gaze back to Hope.

Hope nodded her head holding onto the sticks tightly in her hand. What was she going to do, how was the going to tell Jayden. He had all his stuff in their room she can't bring a baby into that "M-Mind... Driving me to my house?" Hope felt scared about this. Placing her hand over her stomach, wondering how any months she was in seeing supernatural pregnancy was different from human pregnancy.

Mini tucked her lips in with a small frown. Great..another pregnant teen. She breathed a sigh and crossed her arms with a small nod. "Sure." She mumbled as she rubbed her arm "Listen..if you ever need to talk about it..I am gonna be here..I mean, you aren't the only one going through a pregnancy." She mumbled with a frown before walking over to the front door. She waited for Hope to get out and got in the car driving her to her house after Hope told her the address. Once they made it, she pulled up near it and looked at her. "Good luck."

Hope lessened to what Mini said about her all so being pregnant. Well, least they have something to bond over about, not the best way to make friends. “How bad is it?.... Being pregnant..” she asked Mini. Looking up at her with fear in her eyes, Jayden might be old enough to be a father but Hope… Was still new to this werewolf thing, still controlling her thirst for human blood and to be a mom on top of all this?! How could this happen? She held in her breath counting to herself seeing like she was going into a panic attack. Quickly she turned off her phone not wanting to get anything from Jayden right now. Walking out to the car with Mini and sat inside shutting the door. Once they made it, Hope gotten out and waved at Mini as she drove out. She needed needed to tell Audrey about this. She helped her though so much, thinking of her as a sister. Walking inside the house she shouts out Audrey's name.

"Mmm..let's just say it's literally a pain in the back." She rolled her eyes and ran a hand through her hair. "But you'll manage.." She breathed trying to not frown since it won't do anything for the situation. "Just don't mope about it.." She mumbled and waved back at her before driving the car back to school. She needed to return the car anyways.

Audrey had been spending time unpacking while Hope and Jayden were at their new school.Putting some picture frames up, she jumped a bit hearing Hope not expecting her at all. "I'm in the living room!" She called out as she followed the direction she heard Hope. "What's up? Aren't you suppose to be at school?" She asked as she looked over at the time before realizing something was wrong making her brow furrow. "What's..wrong?" She asked with a hesitant smile thinking she was having problems in the new school like teasing. Or that her hunger for blood rose. "Need food?"

She walked over towards the sound of Audrey's voice trying to calm herself down, not being so jumpy as she was. "Yes... No.. I mean.." Hope handed the sticks over towards Audrey "I'm pregnant and I don't know what to do." She slowly lift up her shirt showing how big her stomached looked "I don't know how much of a different supernatural pregnancy is so.. I'm not sure how far off I am. How can I tell Jayden?" she felt Audrey’s hands placed firmly on her shoulders, slowly looking up for eye level. “I’m scared.”

"What's this?" She asked as Hope handed her something before her eyes widened when she realized they were pregnancy test. She opened her mouth to say something,but nothing seemed to emit from her throat at moment. She gave Hope a disappointed look before sighing. It was too late to change something about this issue,and giving her a look wasn't going to change anything. She licked her lips trying to find the right words as she shook her head. She knew being a pregnant werewolf would mean she would have to drink blood from that of a human in order for the baby to grow healthy. The thought of it made her lips tuck in before running a hand through her hair before placing her hands firmly on her shoulders. "I-I know you are scared...But..you will get through this alright?...Maybe after birth..you give it up for adoption..o-or-" She didn't agree with the idea of giving it up,but it was all up to Hope. "I don't know what to say...you have to talk with Jayden..and how you are going to tell him is beyond me." She breathed her voice growing shaky. "But..you two brought this on yourselves." She mumbled with a frown before pulling her into a hug. "I'm sorry but..there is nothing I can do."

Wrapping her arms around Audrey hearing what she had to say, Hope shook her head no once she mention giving the baby up. She couldn't give it up it was her baby after all. Hope slowly breathed in pulling away from the hug “Could you help me though this or your mom seeing she have birth three times.” She mumbled, brushing a strand of her hair behind her ear. “I don’t know what to do about school… I can’t stand the smells they make me nauseous and the..” The blood she could smell makes her wants some “What do I have to drink, how long will this take?” Words keep coming out of her mouth before covering over with her hand. “Sorry...” she sighed. “Can I stay?” Hope asked wanting to tell Jayden once he gets home not at school.

Audrey moved away once Hope pulled away and crossed her arms with a frown. "I think...my mother would be way more helpful...after all, she has given birth like you said..three times." She mumbled as she rubbed her forehead. "And...forget about school for the next..I believe six-seven months..So..does that answer your question on how long?" She raised an eyebrow as she rubbed her lower lip. "I'm not quite sure..but I do know it's shorter than nine months because of our werewolves genes." She breathed before hesitating on her question on what she would have to drink. "Human..blood." She mumbled lowly before groaning in irritation knowing Hope was also a new wolf..the thought made her frown increase. "It's fine..and yea, you can stay as long as you need.." She mumbled before looking away. How could they handle a baby? They were just teens.

"Human.... Blood..." she hesitated not liking that idea. What if she loses control, unable to come back out of it? Hope was still in the new born try to wing off human blood zone, to slip into having human blood. "It's the only thing for the baby to get healthy right?" her hand started to shake thinking how long this would last. Seven months of this? At least? "I'm going to lie down... When Chicha comes back your welcome to tell her." She clinched her stomach walking towards her bed room. Hope left the door half way open looking at all Jayden's stuff. Maybe she'll have to give up the baby? "I can't.." she crawled in bed curling into a ball not wanting to think about anything. Until Jayden comes back she wanted to be left alone. Hope was still a teen, Jayden... Looked like a teen and acted like one but he was old enough... Right?

Audrey licked her lips and nodded "Yea, human blood." She shook her head at the thought and rubbed the back of her neck as she nervously nibbled on her lower lip. "I think so..I am not sure..I mean, when my mom was pregnant with Jayden..she didn't drink human blood at the time...I just remember the doctors...well, supernatural doctors,if that's what you want to call them." She rolled her eyes "inject her with needles continuously..I don't know what they had in them." She shrugged and nodded hesitantly. "Alright..I'll tell her..but you have to tell Jayden." She frowned as she watched her walk up. Once she was out of sight, she groaned as she moved to sit down on the couch. Why were teens so dumb? She thought as she placed a hand on her forehead trying to think of positive outcomes.
