In the year....

"Don't worry about it..I'll handle it." He assured trying to keep his calm in front of her. Jayden walked out of his office and closed the door once she walked out. Locking it, he walked over towards the elevator. In the elevator, he looked down at the floor wanting to say something..but he didn't what he could say to make her feel better..Getting out, he got in his car and drove back home once she was in. Once they made it,he closed the door and shoved his hands in his pockets,walking over to Hope with a smile,glad to see her. As Eli went to hug her, he looked down at the floor when Hope gazed over to him. Watching Eli then walk inside, his eyes looked at Hope. "That son of a bitch is planning to kill her!" He burst out saying with anger "And not only that..she actually went to bed with him! I told you he wasn't good news..and you wanted him in our house." He huffed as he walked back over to his car. "Now, if you don't mind me..I will be kicking someone's ass today.." He grumbled..the bad thing about being a well-known writer...if they find a tiny evidence of killing Julian, he will be criticized..so his plan wasn't to kill him..just severely injure him so he wouldn't think about harming Eli.Getting the car, he drove over to the hotel in a rush. Once he made it, he went inside asking for a guy with the description of Julian. At first they were confused to who he was referring to before remembering him telling Jayden that he left around twenty minutes ago. Grumbling under his breath, he went back into his car,trying to search for Julian. After a while, he gave up and made his way back home seeing it was getting dark.

Avery gave Isaac a look as he pushed the file against her chest. "Oh,how kind of you.." She rolled her eyes as she placed the file down on the table. Looking over at him when he said she looked like her twin, her eyes narrowed a little with a small nod,not convinced. Opening the file, she took out the picture of her and hesitated...she didn't take him seriously..until now. She looked a lot like her.."Creepy." She breathed before shrugging,placing the picture down to read about her.

Hope slowly tried gathered all he said into one "Wait.. Hold on Jay-" she watched as he gotten in his car and drove off. She rubbed her temples not liking this one bit "Okay calm down.." she mumbled to herself. Her daughter had sex with an old friend of hers and it turns out he wants to kill her. This is just another thing to add talking about at the table. Walking inside she head upstairs to Eli's room. "Sweetie open the door." she said. "G-" Eli closed her mouth seeing she wanted her mom "Come in." Hope opened the door seeing her daughter laying in bed "Could you sleep with me tonight?" she asked her mother. Hope tilt her head to the side "Seriously?" Thinking she was to old to have her mommy hold her, but seeing she's heartbroken "Alright move over." Motioning her hand as Eli moved so her mom could get in. Pulling the covers over her, Hope held her daughter in a protected hug.

"Anything you like to tell your mom? Something you would be scared to tell your father?" Seeing their daughter was more like Jayden when she was sixteen and human. She brushed a strand of hair away from Eli's face "Julian's not the first guy I slept with... There have been more.... I sign your name when i was young to put myself on birth control pills. So, I wouldn't get pregnant. They were all meaningless and a distraction to what I was really angry about." Eli started to speak as tears ran down her eyes. She was so sick of crying. But, she couldn't help it. "I was angry that he was gone.. That he'll never be my first. He was my first kiss and first love... He made he feel and looked at me the way you and dad look at each other. I want that.." she started to cry more as Hope held her tightly "Shh, shh.. Don't speak.. I understand." To Eli last night was more than that and to Julian it was just another booty call. Falling asleep, Hope was still away when Jayden opened the door. She mouthed that she'll be staying in Eli's room and watched him shut it. "My poor baby." she kissed her forehead thinking about back when she was born. Still not ever telling Jayden she have birth to twins and one of them had died.

In the morning Eliana raised her head seeing her mother still next to her asleep. It made her feel safe and loved. Looking at the time, she groaned not wanting to go to school, but it was better than staying in a sum what empty house. She could play video games with Audrey. Getting up and grabbed some cloths, she took a quick shower. Once dressed and down stairs seeing her dad working on his laptop, she walked over and kissed his cheek "Mom's still sleeping and.. I think you two need a talk. She sounds like she's been keeping something from you." she quickly said thinking she heard her mom talk in her sleep. Grabbing a banana she headed out the door "I'll come straight home!" Eli shouts. Making her way to school English started making her pout. For being a daughter of a writer she hated English. "Yeah, should have skipped this class." she mumbled. "Class I'd like you to welcome a new student. Please miss come in and state your name." the teacher spoke.

Jayden had gotten home late and walked inside the house seeing every light off. Sighing, he rubbed his temples as he walked upstairs to check on Eli. Opening the door a little, he peeked his head in seeing Hope was with her making him smile with small nod seeing what she mouth him. He gave her a slight thumbs up and closed the door as he went to go to sleep in his and Hope's bedroom. Slumping on the bed, he fell asleep instantly.

In the morning, he changed into some comfortable clothing not wanting to go to his office to work. Getting his laptop, he carried it downstairs to start on a new idea,placing it on the table. Turning on the laptop, he walked over to make himself some coffee. Grabbing a cup, he poured the coffee he made in it and carried it carefully over to his laptop.Taking a seat, he started to get to writing. Lifting his head up seeing Eli, he gave her a small smile as she kissed his cheek.When Eli told him he should talk with Hope, he hesitated for a second as his mind began to think of the worst like cheating..But he quickly pushed the thought away. She wouldn't cheat on him. "Alright. I better see you later!" He called out with a point to her before getting back to work. He would talk to Hope when she wakes up..

Avery woke up in the morning in her condo. She jumped off the bed and walked over to the window,opening it with a small grin as she felt the cool breeze. Looking over at the time, she walked over to take a shower and get ready for school. Once she was finished getting ready, she opened the fridge looking through it before grabbing yogurt. Eating it on the way out to school, she decided to drive over seeing it was a long distance. All she needed to do was make friends with Eliana..how hard can that be? Parking the car once she made it, she stepped out,closing the door behind her as she finished her yogurt. Getting her one shoulder book bag, she walked over to the door where she had..English. Checking to see if she had the right room, her gaze turned over to the teacher.Walking in, she stood in front of the class room and turned her gaze to the floor,slightly shaking her head with her mouth opened. "I'm Avery...and there is nothing else important to say..so if you don't mind me-" She said loudly with a smile as her gaze turned back to the class,shrugging. Spotting an empty seat, she sat down and crossed her arms on the table,not seeing the point in introducing herself to others..Looking over at Eliana, she tilted her head to the side. Huh..she looks a lot more like her in person. "Creepy.." She breathed not being able to contain herself from saying that.

Hope woke up fifteen mints later running a hand through her hair as she yawned. Walking down stairs she stumbled over to the kitchen still feeling tired. "Hey." she yawned getting herself some coffee, Hope poured the cream in and took a sip. Approaching over towards him slowly she pecked his cheek "What are you working on?" she asked smiling at him. Bending her neck down she kissed his shoulder and up towards his neck.

Eliana rose her head up looking at the new student. Her eyes narrowed giving her an odd look, it was like looking in a mirror. All the students thought so when they looked at her "Odd... Very, very.. Odd." she said, frowning her mouth with a shrug. Ignoring the teacher she was doodling on a sheet of paper. One of her exes leaned over giving the new girl a wink "Hey, I'm Johnny." he said.

Jayden averted his eyes to Hope as she stumbled over to the kitchen and took a sip out of his cup of coffee. "Hey.." He smiled hesitantly still having what Eli told him in the back of his head. As she pecked his cheek, he smiled while tilting his head to look at her. "I am working on ideas...which so far..I have nothing." He chuckled sheepishly,feeling her lips against his neck. Looking at her from the corner of his eyes, he opened his mouth to ask before closing it as he tried to think of how to say it. "You wouldn't keep..secrets from me,right?..No matter how hurtful it may be?" He asked hesitantly as he made her pull her lips away from his neck.

Avery kept her eyes on Eli as she watched her doodle from afar not meaning to look like a stalker. She just was doing her task in keeping an eye on her...besides, seeing her in the real world would help her get close to Eli. She turned her head when a guy introduced himself as Johnny. She breathed a chuckle and turned her head back around remembering reading about a guy named Johnny as Eli's ex. Flirting with her past ex won't get her anywhere close to Eli,so instead of being nice..she decided to give a little attitude. Shifting her body a bit around to face him, she leaned over close to him before placing the palm of her hand on his forehead,pushing him away. "Yea,no...not interested." She smirked,sitting properly in her chair,as she glanced at him with playful grimace.

Hope hesitate hearing Jayden asked if she would keep a secret from him. "Maybe, I have been keeping something from you and I think it's not fair I never told you. Even though it wouldn't matter now." she took a seat right next to him and each out to hold his hand. "On the day of Eliana's birth.. I didn't just gave birth to her... I gave birth to a set of twins, but one was stillborn. I just didn't know how to tell you it wouldn't have changed anything." she mumbled, looking down at his hands "I haven't thought about that day until yesterday. Thinking what would have happened if we had two little girls to deal with." She glanced up at him "What made you brought yourself to ask?"

Eliana turned her head hearing the new girl rejecting Johnny as she chuckled a little "You just got rejected dude." she laaughed as the teacher told Eli to shush. Rolling her eyes back she mimicked the teacher "And i can;t get laid because I'm secretly into humping trees." she mumbled. Once the bell rang and her stupid friends walked up to Eli she raised an brow "Eli want to come with us to get make-overs?" one asked "Make-overs? Where rude skinny toothpick girls pluck at your face and make snooty comment like 'you would be prettier if you took care of your face'... Yeah, pass." she said getting her stuff and walked out of class.

"What do you mean?" Jayden asked as she sat down next to him making him feel concern. Although, as she reached to hold his hand, he felt a small relief...just her touch made him feel a little bit relaxed. His eyes widened when she confessed that she gave birth to two babies..but one was stillborn. "W-What?" He hesitated "Why wouldn't you tell me something like this?" He frowned,tilting his head to the side as she looked down at his hands. Sure, it wouldn't have made a difference..but he had a right to know.."Oh.." He breathed as he glanced at the floor. "Eli..she said that it felt like you were hiding something from me..so-" He shrugged. "I just wanted to know..but..I am surprise you wouldn't tell me something like that...A second kid is still a big deal even if it was stillborn..don't you think?" He asked as his brow furrowed.

Avery slightly smiled seeing Eliana laughing..That's a good note to start off with. Hearing her mimicking the teacher, she shook her head with a quiet chuckle as she wrote down the notes. Once the bell rang, she opened her bag and grabbed her notebook as she carelessly stuffed it in her bag. She was already having a mess in there and it wasn't even a whole school day yet. Over hearing, she raised her eyebrows as she tried to keep a serious expression,licking her lips. Walking out of class, she rushed over to Eliana and walked beside her. "Hey." She smiled as she moved her hair away from her eyes. "Seeing I really have no one to hang out with and you caught my attention..what do you say we go-" She thought about it for a moment "Mess around with people..yea?" She asked as she raised the palm of her hands. "Just a thought..after all, I have to make an impression around here,right?" She chuckled as she held the book bag strap. "Besides, you seem like the only girl who..isn't fake,you know?"

She sighed knowing Jayden was right "I've been wanting to tell you so many times, but couldn't bring myself. I felt like it was my fault, maybe I did something wrong and that's why the other one didn't make it." Hope frowned looking at Jayden "Forgive me?" she asked not wanting him bad at her for keeping something like this for so long. "But i swear that is the only thing I had kept from you. And whatever you hear on TV is a lie. I'm not cheating on you." she looked at him straight in the eye.

Eliana jumped seeing herself standing next to her "God this is creepy it's like looking at myself in a mirror." she poked her shoulder "But I can touch myself." Was she on drugs, she didn't remember getting high this morning before walking right into class. but hearing her ask if she wanted to mess with people. Eli stopped at her locked and banged on it as it opened. Pulling out a bag of chips she took a bite "I like you." she pointed a finger at her face with a devilish smile. "Sure, I have nothing else to do." Seeing math was next and she always falls asleep in class. Shutting her locker she held out her hand "I'm Eliana Rivera, and my hobby is that I like to poke things with a stick."

Jayden now understood why she never told him,but after a while, you think she would just tell him. A small warm smile appeared on his lips as he nodded. "Of course,I do.." He breathed a chuckle before rolling his eyes in a playful manner. "Yea, I know...it's all part of being famous..and by now, I am used to it." He admitted knowing that in the past, he didn't take those rumors lightly. Leaning in, he pecked her lips,rubbing her legs. "Alright. Well, now that that is out of the way, don't you feel a big weight lifted off your back?" He chuckled,lightly poking her stomach.

Avery raised an eyebrow when Eliana poked her shoulder making her leaned her body a bit to the side,away from Eli. "Yea, strange...but whatever. That doesn't matter,does it?" She raised an eyebrow with a smirk,tilting her head to the side. "After all, maybe this way we can trick others..there are such things as doppelgangers you know." She chuckled. Although, in the back of her mind, she found it odd that they were born on the same date and almost the same time. Getting lost in thought as Eli stopped at her locker, she looked down at the floor. Blinking, she snapped out of it as she stood up straight hearing Eliana. "Right now?" She asked not wanting to be in school. She never was in an actually school since she was always home schooled,so she didn't mind ditching at all. "Hey,I'm Avery..which you already know with the whole dumb intro in class...and that's a really interesting hobby." She made a playful face with a laugh as she nodded. "And that would make sense.." She gave her a smile seeing Eliana was poking her shoulder earlier. "So..ready to get out of here?" She asked,glancing at the halls as the bell rang to go to class.

Pecking his lips back she pulled him closer feeling him poke her stomach "Now i know where Eli gets her poking habits." she gave him a look before kissing his sweet lips "Hmm." Pulling away, she rubbed hear his crotch "I'll let you get back to work." With that in mind, she grabbed her cup and went into the living room.

Eliana nodded her head in agreement "Yeah, I know but it's still a little creepy but you don't have my eye color." Sticking her hand back in the bag of chips as she shoved some in her mouth, Eli rolled her eyes back in thought and grabbed her hand as the bell rung. Once they where outside the tossed the bag in the garbage "Okay lets get out of here before the principle catches us." Taking out something in her bag with a lighter. She light the little rolled up paper and took a puff while walking with Avery.

Jayden breathed a small chuckle with a shrug. "I guess.."He mumbled against her lips as he kissed her back,gently. As she rubbed near his crotch, he gave her a look as she pulled away. "I should have expected that.." He rolled his eyes with a smirk as he went to go back to work. Looking over his shoulder, he watched her walk into the living room with a small grin before averting his eyes to his laptop.

Avery shrugged with a small nod. "Yea..and hey, as long as they don't confuse you with me..I am good." She smirked and followed her out of the school. "Yea, I kn-" She stopped seeing her lite up the little rolled up paper. That couldn't be good if she was pregnant. She slightly grimaced seeing she wasn't into drugs nor alcohol because the government always made her avoid them. They wanted her to be in top shape. In the end, she just faked a smile because she didn't want to get on her bad side..at least not now. Walking in front of her, she shifted her body to face her while walking backwards with her hands behind her back. "Any ideas on what to do?" She asked "I'm new here..so I don't know the hot spots." She mumbled looking around the place..she had never been here before yet..it felt like home in a strange way.

Three weeks later Eliana and Avery became close friends, almost like sisters really. She spent all the time over at Eli's house than her own condo and seemed like she became close to her mother. Eli stopped using drugs seeing she wasn't starting to feel well. Been ignoring how she was feeling, she pushed it to the side that she might be pregnant with Julian's child. Saturday morning Avery was over like always as Eliana started putting on her cloths seeing they were tight on her. "Really? How come my cloths don't fit me like usual?" she growled tossing them back in her closet and put on a dress. The pregnancy would be different seeing it was a hybrid creature growing inside her. Sighing she turned around "I'll be right back. I'm going to head to the store and get some junk food. We can have a movie night and watch whatever our hearts desire." she said, picking up her purse and smiled at her. Hope opened the door "Girls breakfast is on the table so help yourself." giving them a small smile Eli nodded her head "Okay mom." Walking out of her bedroom and down the stairs. "Oh I'll be right back! Avery and I are going to have a movie night!" Hope nodded her head walking down with Avery and sneaked behind Jayden. Wrapping her arms around him she kissed his shoulder.

At the store Eliana grabbed much junk food as she could get plus a pregnancy test. Paying for them she walked home seeing it wasn't that far from where she lived. Walking inside the house her face cringed "Eww, mom dad." she watched them kiss "Go make-out in your bedroom. This is a no make-out zone." Hope laughed against Jayden's lips and pulled away "Alright Eli."

Eliana ran up in her room with one of the bags and tossed it in after grabbing the box. In her bathroom she pulled the strip off and pulled her shorts down. Sitting she waited until the stick was done taking it's little test. Her head lowered seeing a pink plus sign "Oh my.." she gasped raising her head up.


Three weeks it's been, three weeks of watching Julian being terrorized. Still he wasn't about to give up "You must truly love this girl." Issac said leaning up against the door looking inside seeing him laying on the bed. He almost felt sorry for him. Having elector shocks stick against his body. He looked down at his phone and text Avery about if the girl was pregnant or not. Issac could understand why Julian cared deeply for this girl, pretending to be her boyfriend. Eliana did have this way of making you melt. Maybe, it was from them cartoon eyes of hers.

Avery had actually been getting close to Eliana,but not only gaining Eli's trust. She had grown fond with Eli as well as Hope. It felt like she belonged to have a family..and it made her wonder, why her parents let her go. Going over to Eli's house frequently after school,was getting to be a habit along with the weekends.On Saturday, she was over reading a magazine on Eli's bed laying down on her stomach. "Ugh! These magazines are so stupid!" She laughed,continuing to read the stupidity. She looked up at Eli seeing she was having trouble putting on her clothes. She stayed quiet seeing she had a pretty good idea to where this was leading and shrugged as if she didn't know. "Ok." She smiled,flipping the page. "You already know what I want,right?" She asked seeing she always wanted the same thing..and lately she had been eating a lot more. Sadly, because of this..training has become more strict. Still,that didn't stop her. She looked down at the magazine as Hope opened the door before lifting her head. "Thank you Mrs.Rivera." She smiled and pushed herself up out of the bed. She walked down with Hope before walking over to the table seeing eggs and ham. Jayden turned his head feeling Hope wrapping her arms around him and smiled back at her before waving to Eliana as she left.

Avery was busy on her phone texting as she was oblivious to what was happening behind her until Eli came back. Turning her head, she saw Hope and Jayden just pulling away from their kiss. Jayden playfully rolled his eyes at Eli..as he grabbed Hope's hand. "Being bossed around by my daughter...that can't be good.." He chuckled,walking with Hope to their room. Avery looked at Hope and Jayden walking away before her eyes narrowed over to Eli's room as she walked over. Walking inside her room, she noticed she was in her bathroom and sat on the bed,crossing her legs on it. After a while, she heard a gasp and walked over to the door. "Is everything ok?"

Julian had been tortured for about three weeks now,but he wasn't planning on giving in seeing he had come a long way already. He really missed Eli..everything about her,but he knew that once he was out, she wasn't gonna welcome him with open arms. Even with knowing that, he didn't want to let go of her. Laying in bed on his back, he stared up at the ceiling before looking over Isaac.Sighing, he turned is attention back to the ceiling, he didn't want to cause more problems by wanting to punch Isaac in the face. "When are you guys gonna let me out?" He had to ask..he didn't know what more they wanted from him...because he wasn't gonna let go Eli. She was something else and brought back good memories of when he had a normal life.

eliana threw away the pregnancy test in the trash before walking out. "promise you won't say anything to my parents??" she asked worried how they would react. well, mostly worried about her fathers action. "im pregnant." eli frowned. it's bad enough Julian wants her dead but to be pregnant with his child. Her father would tell her to get rid of it. "now i don't know what to do. the father is out of the picture."


once Isaac gotten the okay to let Julian out. he opened the doors with a smirk "well i should congratulated the soon to be father." he said walking in and took the stuff off Julian. "looks like you manage to knock eliana up."

Avery backed away from the door once Eliana walked out of the bathroom. "Of course..I can keep a secret." She assured,placing her hand on Eli's shoulder. When she said she was pregnant, she couldn't help but be relieved about this because if she wasn't..someone would get rid of Eli.Still, her face expression was a look of shock. "Are you serious?" She asked in a mumble trying to keep a shocked expression. She just shrugged when she mention Julian. "How do you know he is out of the picture?" She asked "Who is the father anyways?" She knew who it was..but needed to play the role of being new to Eli's life. "And..what are you gonna do about the..baby?" She whispered,keeping it low key. If Eli was planning to abort..it would only cause more problems to everyone. She took out her phone and made it quick text,giving Isaac the thumbs up.

"he's out of the picture because i haven't seen him... since he gotten me pregnant ." she shrugged her shoulders with a frown before glancing up at Avery. "he is an old childhood friend named... Julian but i don't like to talk about home much." when she asked what eliana was going to do about the kid. eli shrugged. "keep it... i bet its to late to abortion it... he's not really normal.." she said. "so ill just have to be a teen mom... lucky i have my mother to help me out in this.... and you." eliana gave her a sweet smile feeling lucky she had her as a friend.

Julian quickly sat up when Isaac opened the doors,but seeing his smirk didn't give him a good feeling. As Isaac pulled the things attached to his body,he stood up with a small wince as he fell to the ground still feeling weak. He clutched his stomach as he heard Isaac. "What are you talking about? I am not gonna be a dad." He grumbled and stood up,trying to keep his balance. His eyes widened when Isaac said that he actually made Eliana pregnant. "W-What?" He breathed as he rubbed his forehead. "How can that be?" He mumbled to himself..he thought Eliana was taking birth control pills..that's why he didn't use protection. He didn't mean to get her pregnant..that wasn't his priority...and even if it was, he didn't want to seeing he really cared for Eli again. He walked out of his cellar,trying to process the whole situation.

"What an asshole!" She scoffed,knowing very well what happened to Julian. She felt bad for him after a week and a half..but the government must have a good reason to contain him. After all, he was beating up Isaac..so he was a threat. "Oh..alright..I understand. Heartbreaks suck." She frowned. She never really loved anyone..so she couldn't understand where she was coming from. Although, she did understand how easily Julian could get with a girl. "Oh, that's probably the best choice anyways..." She mumbled, knowing it was..or else she would have to kill Eli. Once she brought up having her mom..and her, she froze for a second. "Yea, you have..me." She breathed,a frown appearing on her lips,as she thought about what she was going. Letting out a deep breath, she the faked a smile at Eli. "Don't worry..everything will be alright.." She grabbed a hold of Eli's hand. "I can be there when you talk to your parents if you want..then again, I think that's more of a family discussion."

eliana didn't know how to begin talking to her parents about this. "none since your part of the family now." her mother loved her as her own. not really knowing that she was p
her daughter. eli still didn't know she had a twin. "ill tell them tomorrow... other Monday on my way to school... dad can't stop me then." she said not knowing what to do about home.

Isaac still smirked at Julian "maybe you should try making it up to her seeing you messed up her life after all." he laughed loved seeing Julian in pain

"Yea but....I am not actually part of your family. I have only known you for three weeks..I don't think I am THAT close,you know?" She raised an eyebrow as she took a seat on Eli's bed,running her hands down her thighs. "But I guess, I can be there.." She smiled warmly. She didn't know about Eliana being her twin..she didn't even know she had one. It seemed like higher positions in the government kept that a secret from her. If she had known, she would have betrayed the government after all. "Maybe..on Monday..you'll have more time to figure out what you will say to them.." She mumbled,rubbing the side of her neck. Sliding her hand down, she rested it on her leg as she sighed. "You need a distraction." She mumbled..it was gonna be difficult..she was a teenager after all.

Julian glared back at Isaac wanting to beat the crap out of him for saying something..he wasn't ready to hear. He couldn't face the truth..but that would only land him more time of being terrorized. His hands balled up into fists as he walked out of the base,ignoring their stares..he did look pretty beaten up after all. Getting out of the base, he got into his car that had been waiting out for him since he was locked in the cellar. He drove over back to his house. Once Mini saw him enter the door, she quickly rushed to pull him into a warm embrace. That's is when he broke down crying..he was tired of working for the government..it hurt everyone around him. Pulling away, he stayed silent and walked over to freshen up. Taking a long shower gave him time to think about what will happen with Eli...how was he gonna get her to listen to him? Leaning against the shower wall, he sighed in a frustrated manner.

eliana nodded her head in agreement but she felt as if she was family. just that sister connection she had with her. "how about we go see a movie or something. i don't really want to think about something growing inside of me." eli didn't want to become a mother and wanted to try finding Julian and telling him. Wanting her dead he had right to know this was his kid. maybe that might get him not to kill her until its born. "so want to head into the city?" she asked smiling at her.

Avery nodded her head with a small smile as she stood up. "A movie sounds nice..it will give you something to criticize after all." She chuckled,giving Eli a light nudge.
