His eyes quickly widened when she mentioned his family was captured by other hunters. He didn't even pay attention to her second sentence as he quickly headed for the exit. Once he was out, he turned into his wolf form. All the felt was rage and scared at the moment. Although he didn't show his fear for his family, he was terrified. What could he do? He was a werewolf as well. He pushed the thought away and quickly ran to look for them. They had to be around here. He sniffed the air for his family's scent,but made sure to stay in the shadows. He didn't want to get caught as well. Catching their scent, he followed it with full speed.

Hope ran a hand though her hair once Jayden took off. "Damn it!" she cursed under her breath taking out her phone from her pocket and text the hunter to come pick her up. That she'll take the job seeing Jayden will most likely get captured for they aren't stupid, she knew that would set traps for other werewolves that would be coming for them. Once the guy picked her up handing her gloves dipped in wolf's bane, Hope looked down at them before putting them on. She had to play along so they think she was on their side to get Jayden's family out. Once they gotten to the hide out, Hope opened the door to see one of the other hunters shocking a black wolf "Jay.." she mumbled, keeping her cool as she walked over towards the others. "Put it with the others!" the leader shout "And spray a little wolf's bane on them!"

Hope bit her lip not wanting his family knowing she's a hunter... She was a hunter this way "What are you going to do with them?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "Well, we'll kill the youngest one for he can't control his temper." He said as Hope was scared for Jayden's life "I think I'll have Alan kill him." "No!" Hope shout quickly thinking of something to say "I'll do it... It's just a stupid wolf and I haven't had a change to get back in the field after my parents death.. So let me take care of this."

Once Jayden found the place, he hesitated seeing the group of hunters thinking it was just gonna be like one or two. Before thinking about it any further, he whimpered when one of hunters shocked him causing him to collapse to ground. He was dragged over to the others,throwing him into the cage. For now, he was unconscious.

Audrey had her knees raised as she buried her face in her hands trying to keep herself came. All about this scared her...but she was already ready to die. At least Jayden was gonna be safe,or so she thought.Lifting her head, she heard someone opening the door before catching the scent it was Jayden making her quickly go to his side. She lifted his head up and shook him. "Jayden,come on!" She mumbled quickly feeling her hands trembling. "You are such an idiot!" She groaned hating the fact that when it comes to emergencies he always does before he thinks. She turned around hearing a familiar voice before realizing it was Hope making her hesitate for a moment. Hope..was a hunter? Looking back down at Jayden, she continued to shake him quickly. "I knew she was no good to you Jayden." She frowned as she tried to hold her tears in. Of course, the girl was a hunter...she was just tricking Jayden to get to his family..It makes sense. But why did it take so long for her to take action? She looked over at her mom seeing she was still down..and Neca was also,so right now, all she felt was alone.

The leader shrugged as he handed her the crossbow, but pulled away "Tell me what happened to Andrew? He went to see you and never came back." he questioned her as Hope didn't know what to say. If she said something about Jayden he'll die for they wouldn't let her do the job, her eyes reverted to Audrey mouthing she was sorry. "I killed him." she lied for Jayden, protecting him. "Really?" he questioned her again "Yes, I killed him and burned his worthless body in my basement. He was weak... And we don't need weak people?" trying to buy some time for Jayden to wake up. One of the other guys opened the cage pulling out Audrey by her hair "If you’re not telling us the whole truth. We'll kill her." Alan grinned holding a silver blade to her chest. Hope bit her lip shrugging her shoulders she had to play like she didn't care "So kill her like I care about a wolf."
Audrey must have felt betrayed that Hope’s been playing Jayden like a toy, playing them like she was just some human that knew nothing about them, planning this whole thing all along. “Shoot’s yourself Hope.” Alan said, hold the blade out as he about plug it in her heart. Quickly, Hope snatch the crossbow from the leader’s hand and shot Alan right between the eyes, not giving it anymore though she rushed over towards the cage Jayden was in “Wake up!” she shout juggling the keys to unlock the door “Kill her, kill all of them!” the leader shout, angered that Hope would help them.

Audrey rolled her eyes when she saw what Hope mouthed and looked down at Jayden. "Come on." She begged feeling her eyes begin to tear up,not paying attention to what what happening behind her. She just wanted Jayden out of here. She smacked him feeling angered that he would move before she continued to smack his body. "Wake up!" She cried before pulling away when she felt him move a little, beginning to regain consciousness. She breathed a sigh of relief before letting out a cry when one of the hunters pulled her by her hair. Grabbing a hold of the hunter's hand, she tried to pull his hand away before her whole body froze when the hunter held a silver blade to her chest. She quickly closed her eyes trying to think of a happy place before dropping to the ground feeling a bit of blood splatter. Opening her eyes, she was breathing heavily seeing Hope trying to unlock the door. Did Hope just help them?She stood up straight feeling shocked but it didn't last long since she was more worried about her family so she rushed over to the cage. She knew she couldn't hold off the hunters since they had wolf's bane. "I'll take care of this." She mumbled quickly to Hope.

Jayden flinched a bit feeling someone smacking him,but he couldn't take full control of himself yet. After a while, he opened his eyes slowly as he lifted his head.His body and mind began to wake as his mind processed everything that happened making him shoot up back on his feet. He turned back into a human, and looked back at his mom and Neca before averting his eyes to Hope and Audrey. Jayden crawled over to the quickly seeing they were having trouble. "Fuck." He mumbled quickly,glancing around the cage. It looked like he could bend the bars,but they had wolf's bane so he couldn't touch them. Taking off his jacket, he placed it over the bars so that his skin wouldn't have contact with the wolf's bane. Pulling them apart,the bars began to bend before noticing the hunters right behind them. "Watch it!" He yelled, telling them to turn around in a way.

Hope quickly turned her head as a couple of them rushed up she gave Audrey a push and swung her body back. Once she was out of the way she quickly pulled the string of the crossbow to reload just in time before one of them shot Jayden. The arrow hit the guy in the throat. Her breathing started to heavy hating that she was human at times like this. “Ah!” the leader of the group scoop Hope off the ground, slamming her body against the wall, Hope felt her ribs cracked holding her side in pain. “You help them out?” The tip of his shoe hit against her rib cage a couple of times as Hope ginned her teeth together. Two of his last men went after the two wolves that were free. The leader leaned down grasping a hand full of her hair, pulling her up Hope spat in his face “I’ll just let you watch as my men kill them.” He grinned, not noting that Hope's hand reached out for his dagger hidden in his boot. Cleaver hunters most was all the same. Hope smirked at him “You only have two left and-“ she plunged a dagger in his gut “You should do a better job keeping your weapons hidden… Idiot.”

Jayden sighed of relief seeing Hope took down one of the hunters that aimed for him. He fully dented the bar before quickly pulling his mother as Audrey helped him with Neca. He turned his head when the leader slammed her body against the wall making his hands ball up into fist. Although he wanted to rip the guy up into shreds, he saw two hunters heading towards him and Audrey. Seeing Audrey was still concentrated in pulling Neca out, he rolled his eyes as he grabbed a hold of her pulling her away. "Come on!" He groaned as he glared over at the hunters. Growing his wolf claws, he let go of Audrey and ducked just in time as the hunter was going to stab him with the silver dagger. Once he was down, he swung his leg causing the hunter to fall before feeling Audrey using him to attack the other hunter as she jumped from his shoulders. He stood back up and kicked the hunter continuous before using his claws to jab his stomach. His claws clenched the hunter's skin as Jayden pulled back causing a big portion of the stomach to start bleeding. "Fuck." Jayden mumbled as he tried to resist the urge,causing him to go on his knees,covering his mouth.

Audrey felt Jayden pull her away making her glare at the hunters. As he went to attack one, she went on his back when he was bent down and jumped off from him to pounce on the hunter. The hunter stumbled back as she did so and used her heel to knock the dagger off of his hand before pressing him against the wall with her heel pressing up against his neck. It was the only way to avoid the blood. Seeing his hands reaching for her leg, she smack his face with her shoe before continuing to press his neck causing him to lose his breath. Once he looked out, she put her foot back down as he slid down the wall,collapsing to the floor.

The leader wasn't yet dead just wounded enough for her to push her body back away from him. Hope's hand raised up to grab the table above her pulling her body up on her feet. Seeing all the blood on the floor she bit her lip not really thinking this one though with werewolves in the building and Jayden not being able to control his thirst for human blood. "Burn... Have to burn this place." she mumbled, pushing she table over having to cover their tracks burn everything down. Even the hunters that might be alive, this might have just been the first batch. Flipping over the tables she went over towards the wall picking up the lanterns from their hooks. Hope smashed it against the grown as flames burst in the air “I’ll handle the rest… Go.” She said, looking at Audrey for she’ll do anything for her family.

Audrey breathed heavily as she smelled the of blood. Luckily, she was able to control it more than Jayden..but it doesn't mean she is prone to it. She rubbed her nose and looked over at Jayden seeing him struggling causing her to rush over to him. She went on her knees beside him as she rubbed his back. "Don't do it." She mumbled as she looked at him concerned. Hearing what Hope said, she nodded hesitantly as the fire was spreading. Standing up, she grabbed Jayden by the collar of his shirt. "Let's go." She said pulling him up and went back to Neca and her mom. She picked Neca up as she looked over at Jayden hoping he was gonna be fine before rushing out of the building.

Jayden glanced at Audrey as he groaned. "I'm trying!" He grumbled as he covered his nose trying to hold breath. The face that his hand was covered in blood wasn't helping making him tuck his lips in. Feeling Audrey pulling him by his collar, he stood up and rushed over to his mother trying to avoid the urge of tasting the blood in his hand. Especially since right now, his family was more important. He grabbed his mom and swung her over his shoulder before looking at Hope. "A-Are..you c-coming?" He asked with struggled as he felt his wolf fangs growing out making him bit his own tongue before running out seeing the fire was spreading.

Hope didn't have time to give him an answer as the fire spread like rapped, plus it didn't help the leader was still alive. Hope jumped back from the flames turning around to find another way to escape "Stupid girl." he laughed pulling the dagger out as he dropped it "You’re going to burn with us and for what... Them.. They don't even care if you die." he breath out a weak chuckle. The roof caved down backing Hope into a corner as she held her head trying to stay calm. No way was she going to die like this, there had to be a hidden door in the ground for the windows were to high to climb out. A small expostulation hit causing the flames to heat up, getting closer towards the other side. Hope quickly dropped to the ground lifting up the carpets looking for a trap door "Every hunter has a trap door for this.. WHERE IS IT!" Fear overcame her not noticing the leader was behind her, snatching Hope up as he covered her mouth dragging her over towards the trapped door. Once inside he pulled the door down dragging her though the dirt tunnel as the building burned down, struggling to get free she bite down on his hand. “Son of a bitch!” he growled, smacking Hope across the face “If you bite me again I’ll kill you. I need you alive.” Testing to see If the youngest wolf would go looking for her.

Once he was a safe distance, he looked over at Audrey,Neca,and Chicha. This must have brought back memories. He frowned at the thought and lightly shook his mom. "Ma?" He mumbled in concern as he tilted his head to the side. At least she was breathing,and looking over at Neca..she looked like she was breathing as well. He grinded his teeth together causing his wolf fangs to grow back in as he breathed a sigh. His eyes automatically turned to the building seeing it burn down. Looking around her noticed the fire trucks caving in on it. "Hope.." He mumbled lowly as his eyes began to tear up. Glancing at Audrey seeing she was busy trying to wake them up, he dashed off to the building again. Bursting in, he glanced around before feeling the building trembling like it is gonna collapse any second. "Hope?!" He yelled as he quickly stepped back when the wall began to deteriorate. He tried to catch her scent before tripping over. Looking back, he noticed he tripped over a handle and crawled seeing it was a door. Opening it, he immediately jumped in before hearing chatter making him ball his hands up into fists. He followed her scent knowing she was down here until noticing the leader had her making him glare at him. "Let her go." He growled.

The leader looked up with a cocky grin "Well, looks like it's your lucky day." he said, clinching a hand full of Hope's hair pushing her towards the young wolf. "A werewolf caring for a traitor wouldn't your parents be so proud of their daughter." he spoke in a sarcastic tone as his hand reached out for his gun. Hope held onto Jayden's shoulders breathing heavily as her lungs was field with smoke coughing a little "If you hurt him... I'll hunt you down and rip your cold beating heart out." her voice cracked as she felt his arm around her for support. His hand stopped seeing the look on the kids face as he raised his hands up "Woe, eyes of a killer." he rolled his eyes, "Is it cause I kicked your girl around and smacked her a couple of times?" Something wasn't right, he just handed her towards Jayden and didn't shoot him? What was he up too? Hope didn't want Jayden to fall for any trap he had planned out.

Jayden tried to control his anger especially seeing the leader's cocky grin. He just felt like tearing him up into shreds. He blinked when he pushed Hope towards him making him wrap his arms around her. He looked down at her with concern as he tried to support her,but he felt that he might hurt her if he held a tight grip to help her. Looking back at the guy, he glared at him "Shut up!" He groaned not wanting to hear how this asshole treated Hope "What the hell do you want anyways?" He asked with a tone of irritation as he felt his fangs wanting to come out making him run his tongue over his teeth trying to avoid them to grow. It was too simple...there had to be something up his sleeve. He lifted Hope as he hugged her to his body. Glancing back behind him, he didn't really see a way out except passing the leader making inwardly groan. He felt trapped. "Fuck off would you?" He grumbled. The longer he was face to face with this guy..the more his anger rose.

Well, this wasn't making him want to lash out at him. So, maybe, this will work as he quickly pulling out the other run without the silver bullets in it and shot Hope in the back just missing her spine. She cried out as he notice the look on the wolf's face "Oh you hate that?!" he said, shooting the back of her leg as his grin widen. "This is quite fun really… Doesn't her blood smell good?" Hope’s hands started to shake whimpering in pain “Don’t fall for it…” she forced herself to say, thinking it was cleaver that he wanted Jayden to become the one thing he tries so hard to fight. “Next one will go in her heart or here…” he raised the gun up pulling the trigger as the bullet grazed his shoulder.

Jayden noticed he took another gun out making him wrap his arms around her protective before he shot Hope in the back,just missing spine. "No!" He growled glaring furiously back at the guy as his eyes began to turn a shade of yellow. Quickly, his nose caught the scent of her blood causing him to put her down. Although, he might have more..dropped her than place her down since he tried to cover his nose. Still, it wasn't enough causing his wolf fangs to grow. "N-No!"He groaned at himself before groaning louder when the bullet grazed his shoulder. "Son of a bitch." He cried in pain,unable to control himself. He dropped himself to the ground as he rubbed his face against his hands. "I-I can't!" He yelled as he turned into his wolf form,quickly pouncing on Hope with a growl.

He hunter just grinned placing the other gun that has the silver bullets on the ground. Fell on the ground with Jayden over her "Jayden please." she didn't have anything to defend herself this time turning her head to the side shitting her eyes tightly as he snuffed her. Opening it slightly the hunter was gone leaving a gun, was this kill or be killed? If Jayden kills her he'll be an out of control blood-thirsty monster and if Hope kills Jayden she'll live with the guilt. His family will hunt her down thinking this was all part of her plan "Jayden.." she cried.

Jayden sniffed her as her blood scent grew making him growl furiously at her as he chomped his teeth near her skin. He was about to take a bite out of her before hearing her cries making him blink as some sort of humanity came back to him. His eyes turned to his normal eye color,green. He breathed heavily when noticed what he was about to do and looked at her hesitantly as he breathed heavily. For some reason, her blood scent wasn't so strong anymore. He moved off of her as he backed away. He couldn't believe what he was about to do to her. He was dangerous for her...and now he knew this wouldn't work out. He whimpered lowly as he ran away from her,not looking back. He didn't want to her hurt...and he almost killed..just for her safety..he shouldn't be around her.

Hope blinked as he backed away from her "Jayden?" she called out for him, seeing his eyes were green so he must have gotten some humanity. As he took off she tried lifting herself up just to fall back down. She didn't know what was worse being shot or being stabbed? She lowered her head running her hands down her face crying. Hope now desperately wanted to be a werewolf now more than ever to be with Jayden so he wouldn't have to worry about stuff like this. She slammed her hand against the dirt wall “damn it…” she cursed, whipping her tears away with finger. Pulling her legs up to her chest she just stayed there not bothering to move an inch, her ribs and back hurt to even try walking. But, she ignore the pain for a broken heart was much painful than anything. Pushing herself up she walked down the path folding her arms frowning.

Once he made it out, he turned back into his human form as he glanced around not knowing where he was. He rubbed his lips with a frown as he tried to look for a way back to his family. Although thinking about it, he couldn't just leave Hope like that. She was injured..what if she couldn't even standing causing her to bleed to death. He frowned as he looked back the direction he came from. He decided to rush back to her. As he did so, he quickly stopped just as he was about to bump into her. "Sorry..for leaving like that." He mumbled as he looked down at the ground still trying to avoid the scent. Luckily, he really didn't need to cover his nose since he cared for her safety more. "Come here." He mumbled as he held his arms out.

She stumbled trying to talk though the path as her body hit against the dirt wall. She held onto her side bending over as she tried breathing passed the pain, slowly lifting up Jayden was in front of her. Saying he was sorry about leaving she didn't look at him "So, why did you bother coming back? Clearly we're just not meant for this." she mumbled. Tucking in her lips it felt wrong to say that as her eyes revert to his seeing he held his arms out. She rushed over towards him wrapping her arms around his body.

"I came back to take care of you." He mumbled with a frown noticing she wasn't even looking at him making his frown grow. Once she rushed over to wrap her arms around him, he did the same as he bent his neck down,burying his face on her shoulder. "I-I'm so sorry." He breathed,wrapped his arms protectively around her.He then remembered her wanting to become a werewolf making him lift his head. "You wanted to become a werewolf..right?"He asked hesitantly as he made her look at him. "Do you...do you still want to?" He asked as his brow furrowed. It was probably the only way to keep her safe from him..although the hunters would then be after her.
